Light Duty Slurry Seal is designed for a wide variety of process equipment in multiple applications including chemical leaching, extraction, water and general services. Single pusher seals with hard-on-hard seal faces are suitable for light slurries up to 10% solids by weight. The LS665 seal’s smooth geometry reduces the opportunity for erosion and the springs are isolated from the pumpage for the non-clogging operation which makes very suitable for slurry applications. It is designed to thrive in the harshest abrasive slurry environments.
A family of self-contained cartridge seals designed for reliable operation in the majority of slurry & corrosive duties that provide economic seal life – low operating and maintenance cost. Engineered primarily to be applied with no outside flush liquid to eliminate product dilution, increase plant efficiency and reduce operating expenses.
Simple, single, balanced, multi-spring pusher, cartridge construction specifically designed to operate without a process bypass or external flush liquid in the majority of common slurry services associated with the Mineral & Ore industry, slurry pumps, mixers and other rotating equipment throughout slurry processing industries.
