Sales Executive for Mechanical Seal and Rotating Equipment
Job Description : 1. Maximize sales of Mechanical Seal business in Region of Operation. 2. Manage Sales & Service in the assigned territory /region, and plan to achieve Monthly / Yearly Order - Booking / Market Share targets with effective market coverage as per Sales Process. Job Responsibilities : - Effectively manage Sales and Service in territory assigned.
- Coordinate with the HO for timely quote and quote Followup to get orders and to ensure the targets are met. - Maintain clean AR and facilitate high contribution levels. - Prepare Monthly /Quarterly / Annual sales Visit plan. - Periodically review of back-log of orders. - Visit key customers across the location regularly as well as on requirement basis. - Visiting the important consultants, maintain continuous contacts and rapport with decision makers of various customers. - To ensure and keep the expenses and discounts under control and as per norms fixed. - Keep track of the performance - weekly / monthly with regard to order booking / collection / AR and expense control of the region. - Review strategies based on market environment and competitors activities. - Develop and Maintain customer contacts - Ensure implementation of sales process Required Skills and Experience : - Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in selling of Rotary Equipment / Pumps /Valves/ Mechanical Seals / Compressors. - Familiarity and handling of OEM/MRO Customers - Should have experience in handling customers from Chemical / Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Oil & Gas / Nuclear / Sugar industries in India.
